Corey Ng

Research Associate at Cellibre

Corey Ng has a diverse range of work experience in the scientific field. Corey currently works as a Research Associate at Cellibre since November 2021. Prior to that, Corey was a Fermentation Technician at Triton Algae Innovations from September 2020 to November 2021. Corey also gained experience at the National Marine Mammal Foundation as part of the US Navy Marine Mammal Program from September 2019 to December 2019. Corey's previous roles include Laboratory Technician at Arcadia Biosciences from January 2018 to June 2019, Laboratory Assistant at Beckles Lab at UCD Dept. of Plant Sciences from September 2018 to March 2019, and Student Intern at Bers/Bossuyt Lab at UCD Dept. of Pharmacology from January 2018 to June 2018. Additionally, they have worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Bodega Marine Lab in the summer of 2017 and as a Junior Aquarist at Marine and Science Technology (MaST) from August 2011 to June 2012.

Corey Ng attended the University of California, Davis from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Fermentation/Microbiology. In May 2019, they also obtained a certification as a PADI Certified Open Water Diver from PADI.
