Anders Mattsson

Anders Mattsson has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Anders is currently serving as the Head of Operations at CELLINK since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder of AGM Konsult, a consultancy firm they established in October 2005, specializing in tender and agreement development projects, sourcing and procurement, business process development, and MS Office applications.

Prior to their current role, Anders held the position of Regional Business Logistics Director, Health and Medical Solutions at Essity from January 2022 to January 2023. In this role, they were responsible for customer logistics operations, customer service, and demand planning, as well as the development and implementation of customer logistics strategy.

Anders also served as the Supply Chain Director at ABIGO Medical AB from November 2020 to December 2021. In this position, they were in charge of supply chain planning and execution, encompassing the management and integration of physical flows, information flows, and financial flows in the Advanced Wound Management, Pharma, and Nutrition segments. Prior to this role, they were the Supply Chain Manager at ABIGO from November 2018 to October 2020.

Before joining ABIGO, Anders served as the VP Supply Chain Management at Fractal Design from February 2015 to October 2018. Anders'sresponsibilities included managing and developing supply chain functions, including procurement, production, quality, logistics, and shipping processes. Anders was also responsible for ERP management and maintenance and aftersales and end customer support. Prior to this role, they held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Fractal Design from August 2013 to February 2015.

Anders began their career as a Management Consultant at Actea Consulting AB from October 2008 to July 2013. Anders'sareas of expertise included project management, negotiations, procurement, and RFQ processes in industries such as retail, payment systems, and forwarding. Anders then worked as the Dep. Managing Director at 4PL - For Pure Logistics AB from March 2004 to September 2008, where they acted as the COO and Chief Project Manager, responsible for service and process development.

Before that, Anders served as a Project Manager at ExcelSpecialisten XLS AB from August 2002 to February 2004, and as a Project Manager at Chalmers University of Technology from February 2001 to April 2002.

Anders Mattsson obtained an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology between 1995 and 2001. Anders also completed an MSc program in Industrial Engineering and Economics at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 1998 to 1999.
