Andrew Ridley

Andrew Ridley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Sales (Europe) at CELLINK since October 2021. Prior to this, they held positions at CELLINK, including European Sales Manager (bioprinting) from January 2019 to September 2021 and UK/Nordics Technical & Sales Manager from December 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining CELLINK, Andrew worked at Labtech International Limited, where they served as a Technical Director from April 2018 to December 2019 and as a Product Manager from April 2016 to April 2018.

Andrew'searlier experience includes working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sussex from March 2009 to April 2016. Andrew also worked as a Visiting Scientist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in July 2015.

Prior to their research roles, Andrew worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at Lancaster University from May 2007 to February 2009. Andrew started their career as a Trainee Biomedical Scientist at University Hospital of Wales from October 2000 to September 2001.

Andrew Ridley has a bachelor's degree (BSc) in Biomedical Science, which they obtained from the University of Wales, Cardiff, between the years 1998 and 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2002 to 2007.
