Tirtha Rahaman

Tirtha Rahaman's work experience begins in 2011 with Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Systems Engineer on Oracle E-Business Suite, providing development and support for custom components. Clients included Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd, Bangladesh Railway, and Qantas Airways. From 2013 to 2016, Rahaman was self-employed as a Freelance Application Developer and Trainer. In 2017, they began their employment with CELLINK as an Embedded Software Engineer (Summer Intern), working on the firmware of the BIO X 3D Bioprinter and developing a cloud-based solution for gathering log data. They then worked as a part-time Software Engineer and Techno-Functional implementing Odoo ERP at CELLINK, focusing on modules such as Sales & CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. From 2019 to 2020, Rahaman served as the ERP Lead, gathering requirements for customizations, working with Indian vendors, and releasing them on a schedule. In 2020, they became the Software Team Lead at CELLINK, responsible for the R&D Software team, fostering unity and alignment with business goals and implementing common platforms across similar products.

Tirtha Rahaman's education history is as follows:

Tirtha attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2016 to 2019, pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Complex Adaptive Systems. However, the degree program was abandoned.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Tirtha studied at West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Before pursuing higher education, Tirtha attended Balurghat High School. From 2005 to 2007, they completed the High School (Higher Secondary) program, focusing on Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. In the years 2003 to 2005, Tirtha completed the High School (Secondary) program, which covered General Studies.

In addition to formal education, Tirtha has obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they completed the Leadership and Management Certificate Program, Managing the Global Firm, and Strategic Management: Competitive and Corporate Strategy courses from Wharton Online. In May 2021, they completed The Brains and Guts of Decision Making course from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Tirtha also completed the Managing and Motivating Talent course in April 2021 and the Leadership in the 21st Century course in January 2021, both from Wharton Online.

Furthermore, Tirtha obtained Oracle certifications as an Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist in Oracle Purchasing in August 2013 and in Oracle Inventory in June 2013. Tirtha also holds a Certificate on Network Management from Nettech Private Limited, obtained in 2009. Additionally, Tirtha achieved the Google Adwords Certified certification in November 2014.
