Pernilla Jordan

Pernilla Jordan's work experience begins in 1997, when they started as an Assistant Controller, Treasury at BRE Properties, Inc. Pernilla later became the Accounts Payable manager and then took on the responsibility of the full accounting department, focusing on compliance and productivity improvement.

In 2005, they joined Pisenti and Brinker as a Senior Associate for two years.

From 2008 to 2011, Pernilla worked at Treasury Wine Estates as a GL Manager, responsible for accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating audits. Pernilla then became the Finance Process and Systems Manager, leading a Global ERP implementation.

Starting in 2012, Pernilla worked as a Controller at SunLink, managing financial functions, banking relationships, treasury, and cash flow.

Since 2014, they have been at CellMark, starting as a Controller and later becoming the Director of Finance. Pernilla then took on the role of Vice President Business Control, followed by Vice President Accounting. Currently, Pernilla serves as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, government reports, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance for the global organization.

Pernilla Jordan obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Business from Holy Names University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Diablo Valley College from 1992 to 1994 for business studies. In terms of additional certifications, Pernilla completed the Berkeley Executive Leadership program at UC Berkeley Executive Education in November 2018. Pernilla also became a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2004.
