Eva Castillo

Eva Castillo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Eva worked at Cellnex Telecom from 2004 to the present, starting as a Transmission Engineer and eventually becoming the Head of Operational Excellence at Global Operations. Eva also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Global Operations, Technical Operations during this period. Additionally, Eva has experience as a Project Manager at Operations Spain Business Unit in 2015 and as an Advisor at AEIT.CAT in 2015. Eva co-founded and served as a partner at UUTECH and was an advisor at Ucycle, UUALK, and UUATER. Eva was also a Vocal Comisión Delegada at COIT_AEIT Colegio Oficial y Asociación Española de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación from 2017 to 2020. Prior to their time at Cellnex Telecom, Eva worked as a Transmission Engineer at Retevision from 1998 to 2004.

Eva Castillo has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IESE Business School, where they studied Finance, Media, Entertainment, Geopolitics, Cross-cultural Management, and Marketing in Asia. Eva also holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC-ETSETB TelecomBCN. Eva completed their Bachelor's Degree at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and they pursued a Posgrado en Dirección y gestión de las Telecomunicaciones at ICT - Institut Català de Tecnologia. Eva has also studied Innovation and Personal Leadership at EADA Business School.
