Gerard Benavides Mantecón

Gerard Benavides Mantecón has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as NOC Incident Manager at Cellnex Telecom since September 2017, overseeing incident management processes and team members in outage resolution. Previously, Gerard worked as a Network Operations Center Engineer, supervising emergency TETRA networks and broadcasting networks. Before that, Gerard held the position of Wireless Networks Engineer at Cellnex Telecom, focusing on TETRA-related projects. Additionally, Gerard completed an internship at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, providing support for the institution's Moodle platform. Gerard's academic background includes a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a postgraduate specialization in Deep Learning, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering from prestigious institutions.
