Pablo Moro Soucheiron

Pablo Moro Soucheiron serves as the CFO of Cellnex Nordics since January 2018, overseeing financial aspects and strategic planning within the organization. Pablo's extensive experience encompasses significant roles in M&A and corporate development, highlighted by key transactions including the €10 billion acquisition of 25,000 sites from CK Hutchison and the attempted €17 billion acquisition from Deutsche Telekom. Prior to Cellnex, Pablo held various positions at leading financial institutions including Societe Generale, Barclays Investment Bank, and J.P. Morgan, where Pablo was involved in high-profile leveraged finance and M&A deals across multiple industries. Pablo holds a Master's degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson College and is currently furthering education at IESE Business School in high-performance negotiation. Additional qualifications include certifications in derivatives and securities from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
