Jaclyn Varnado

Jaclyn Varnado, PMP, is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing customer implementations and support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cello since May 2023, Jaclyn previously held the same title at Userlane from August 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Jaclyn worked at QGenda from June 2014 to August 2020, advancing through roles from Software Consultant to Customer Success Supervisor. Jaclyn began their professional journey at McKinsey & Company as a Contracted Operator, where lean manufacturing principles were applied to production processes. Early experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at American Breast Care, focusing on data analysis to improve manufacturing procedures. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 2014.
