Jo-Anne Essers-van der Horst

Jo-Anne Essers-van der Horst currently serves as Manager HR & Communicatie & Innovatie at Cello, overseeing HR, learning and development, capacity management, communication, and innovation since June 2022. Additionally, Jo-Anne is a member of the Client Council at Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis, providing insights from the patient's perspective. Previously, Jo-Anne spent 17 years at Essent, where roles included HR Manager Services & Specialism and interim Director HR, achieving significant operational improvements and restructuring within the HR department. Jo-Anne's earlier experience includes positions in customer service management and a trainee role in procurement at Essent, as well as advising for small and medium enterprises at ABAB Accountants. Educationally, Jo-Anne holds a Master’s degree in Policy and Organization Sciences from Tilburg University.
