Lonneke de Laat

Lonneke de Laat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and innovation management, currently serving as Innovatiemanager at Cello since March 2008. Lonneke has held various roles, including Kwartiermaker innovatie, Opleidingscoordinator, Adviseur leren & vernieuwen, and Trainer, in addition to involvement as a member of the ondernemingsraad and as a medewerker intensieve thuiszorg. Prior to Cello, Lonneke worked as an assessor for sociale studies at Fontys Hogescholen and as a persoonlijk begeleider at Mensana RIBW Noord- en Midden Limburg. Educationally, Lonneke holds bachelor's degrees in Opleidingskunde from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and Social Works from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, along with qualifications in corporate education and Lean Verbeeten. Currently, Lonneke continues to advance education at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
