Fernando Borchardt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fernando started their career as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma, where they conducted extensive market testing and research, leading to successful product promotion initiatives. Fernando then pursued entrepreneurial endeavors at Totaline Carrier, managing product sales, supplier negotiations, and inventory management. Afterward, they joined FANOSA, initially as a Marketing Manager, responsible for advertising campaigns and sales operations. Later, they held the position of Mexicali/Tijuana Branch Manager, overseeing P&L and coordinating various departments. Fernando'slast role at FANOSA was as the Regional Business Development Director, focusing on achieving corporate financial objectives. Borchardt then joined BORGAM Comercializadora as the VP of Finance, leading the accounting operations, financial planning, and IT functions. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Accounting at Industrial Project Solutions, Inc. and currently serves as the Director of Business Support at Cellofoam North America Inc.

Fernando Borchardt's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, which they obtained from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1996. Fernando then pursued a Master's Degree in Finance and International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they attended EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained another Master's Degree, this time in Marketing/Marketing Management.

Fernando went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Innovation for Enterprise Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they attended Miller Heiman Group, where they completed a program in Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling. Most recently, in 2021, they enrolled at ISEI and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Knowledge Management.
