James Carmichael

James Carmichael is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud systems engineering and information security. As a Cloud Systems Engineer at NICE Nexidia since December 2023, James builds upon a foundation established as Founder and Principal Consultant at Next Level Technology GA, where implementation of information security and compliance standards is a primary focus. Previous positions include IT Systems Manager at Charbonneau Industries, where James oversaw the development and management of complex information systems, and IT Support Engineer at Mesh Engineering, specializing in various software and hardware installations.
