Dody Ismoyo has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Dody started their career as an Electrical Power Engineer at Genting Malaysia Berhad in 2006 and worked there until 2007. Dody then joined MKP Builders in 2009 as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer for a short period of time. In 2011, Dody joined Adaro Energy as an Electrical Engineer and worked there until 2014. Currently, they are working at Cellpack Electrical Products since 2015 as an Application Technology Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for technical development on medium & low voltage power distribution system accessories on cable jointing & termination. Dody also heads the high voltage AC & partial discharge in-house testing lab and oversees its operation. Other responsibilities include type test preparation, installation & training, liaising with electric utility companies for product certification, and continuous improvement of products. Dody has also gained extensive experience in various international locations such as China, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and upcoming trips to Mongolia, India, and New Zealand for their work.

Dody Ismoyo has a strong educational background in power engineering. Dody obtained a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in Power Systems Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, graduating in 2008. Following that, Dody pursued further education by completing an M.Eng. degree in Power Engineering from the University of Sydney in 2011.

In addition to their educational achievements, Dody Ismoyo has also obtained certifications in the field. In January 2005, Dody attained the title of Senior Member from the IEEE Power & Energy Society. Later, in July 2010, Dody became a Member of Engineers Australia.
