Edmund Chen has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing. Edmund started their career as a Sales Engineer at igus® ASEAN in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Edmund then joined Tsubaki Kabelschlepp GmbH as a Regional Sales Manager from 2008 to 2011. After that, they worked at Sandvik Materials Technology as a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Wire and Heating Technology from 2011 to 2014. Most recently, they have been with Cellpack Electrical Products, where they began as a Manager of Sales and Marketing in 2015 and is currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Edmund Chen's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Murdoch University, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Canberra between 2009 and 2012. Edmund'searlier education includes a Diploma in Electrical & Computer Control Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic (2002-2005) and an Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education (1998-2000).
In addition to their formal education, Edmund Chen has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. Edmund completed a Data Analysis Fundamentals Using Microsoft Excel course at NTUC LearningHub in February 2022. In January 2020, they attended a bizSAFE Workshop for CEO/Top Management at Greensafe International Pte Ltd. Edmund Chen also completed an ISO 9001:2015 Strategic Approach to Risk Based Thinking course at Neville Clarke in September 2016. Lastly, in October 2013, they attended a Contract Law for Non-Legal Professionals course at the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
