Julie Faltum

Julie Faltum has a strong background in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, with experience in various roles. Julie is currently working as the Vice President of New Product Development at Cellphire Therapeutics, leading the development team for a biologic based on the FPH technology platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor at HealthTech180, driving healthcare innovation and supporting innovative technologies. Julie also served as a Senior Consultant at Charles River Associates, conducting strategic pricing and market access projects for clients. Additionally, they worked as a Scientific and Business Advisor at Hemostatics.

Julie is the CEO, Founder, and Owner of J F Consulting LLC, a boutique firm that provides strategic consulting to life science startups and biopharmaceutical companies. In this role, they focus on new product development, strategic pricing, market access, commercial development, and business development. Julie also has experience as the VP of Business Development Strategy & Operations at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where they managed cross-functional teams and led search and evaluation initiatives.

Prior to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Julie worked at Sanofi as a Vice President, Head of Portfolio Strategy for the U.S. Diabetes Business Unit, and as a Vice President in Global Market Access. Julie was responsible for developing global pricing, value, and access strategies for Sanofi's diabetes portfolio. Before Sanofi, they held various roles at Novo Nordisk A/S, including Global Marketing Director, Market Access, and Global Market Access Director. In these positions, they led teams in developing market access strategies, pricing, and value communication for new insulins and other diabetes treatments.

Julie's early career included roles at H. Lundbeck as a Corporate Communications Officer and Market Analyst, and as a Management Consultant at PLS Consult/Rambøll Management, where they worked on projects in the public sector. Overall, Julie Faltum has extensive experience in strategic consulting, business development, market access, and product development in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Julie Faltum has a Master's Degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, which they earned from 1990 to 1995. Julie also pursued further education in the field of medicine, obtaining a degree from LIF - Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry from 2002 to 2004. Julie expanded their knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry by completing a University Professional in Pharmaceutical Medicine at the University of Basel from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they pursued international business studies at Università Bocconi, where they obtained a CEMS degree from 1993 to 1995.
