As Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Network of Cellular Agriculture and Co-Founder and Director of Cellular Agriculture Greece, Panos is dedicated to advancing cellular agriculture research and education, fostering a collaborative community, and promoting alternative protein innovation. Previous roles include Scientific Researcher at Atlantic Fish Co, where Panos worked on cultivated seafood applications, and Product Business Development at The Mighty Kitchen, specializing in plant-based products. Panos's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and an Integrated Masters in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
