Previous roles include Scientific Researcher at Atlantic Fish Co, where Panos worked on cultivated seafood applications, and Product Business Development at The Mighty Kitchen, specializing in plant-based products. Panos's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and an Integrated Masters in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
