Rosie Bosworth

Rosie Bosworth is an advisor at the Cellular Agriculture Society (CAS) and has over eight years of experience in the field of alternative protein and future foods. Prior to their current role, they were a strategic planner and project manager at Sustain Ltd for 14 years, where they specialized in sustainable development, the future of food and beverages, plant-based protein, functional nutrition, fermentation, agritech, and high-tech horticulture. Bosworth has also served on the advisory board for Change Foods for 2 years, where they helped the company develop real animal-free cheese and dairy products using bio-engineering and fermentation. In their 4 years with CAS, Bosworth has been a keynote and conference presenter with a focus on food, agriculture, and biotech. Rosie is also a regular contributor to leading Australasian media outlets and events, such as the National Business Review, National Radio (RNZ), the Listener, Idealog, New Zealand Herald, SpinOff, Stuff, Fairfax AUS, Element Magazine, Pure Advantage CleanDisruption.com (US), MiNDFOOD, and Good Magazine.

Rosie Bosworth holds a PhD from The University of Auckland Business School in Sustainable technology development and environmental innovation (2008-2013), as well as a BComHons BA from the University of Auckland in International Business, Marketing, French, and Spanish (2000-2003).
