Paul Roberts

Paul Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical technology sector, currently serving as Director and Co-founder at parc digital ltd, since September 2023, focusing on scaling businesses. As a Strategic Advisor for Cellular Origins since March 2023, Paul contributes to advancing cell-based therapies through effective manufacturing solutions. Previously, Paul co-founded and held key roles at CMR Surgical from May 2014 to May 2023, including Chief Customer Success Officer and Operations Director, where significant achievements included establishing a robotic service across 20+ countries and raising over $300M in funding. Prior experience includes leading embedded systems consulting at Sagentia from 2011 to 2014. Paul holds a PhD in Design and Control of Induction Motors from the University of Cambridge, along with several management qualifications from INSEAD and the Cambridge Judge Business School.
