Aubriauna Harris

AuBriauna Harris is an Organizational Development Specialist at Cellular Sales, where employment began in January 2021, following a role as an Organizational Development Coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Student at The University of Alabama in Huntsville from August 2017 to August 2019, conducting research on perceptions of female leaders and handling IRB approval processes, as well as administering surveys and analyzing data using SPSS. Prior to this, AuBriauna worked as a Research Assistant at Auburn University from January 2014 to May 2016, contributing to the development of experimental protocols and collaborating with research teams. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Research and Experimental Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University.
