Alexander Lehmann has had a varied and successful career. Alexander began their professional journey in 2012 as a Cofounder of Hungarian Bros DJ Services. In 2013, they worked as a Crew Leader for Green by Shato, where they collaborated with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure efficient operations and successful projects. In 2014, they became a Social Neurochemistry Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, where they researched the relationship between emotions, stress hormones, and the immune system. In 2016, they were a Student Fellow at Atlantis, where they completed rounds in urology, anesthesiology, pediatrics, gynecology and the emergency room and gained an understanding of the flow, functioning, and management of these various departments. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Research and Development Associate at Cellular Technology Limited (CTL), where they managed the research, development, and programming of the Reagent Tracker Platform to bring increased audit trails for the wet laboratory part of an ELISPOT assay, designed a high-throughput ELISPOT lab procedure, and trained and educated coworkers in immunology, lab procedures, and data handling. In 2021, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer at CTL.

Alexander Lehmann attended University School from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a high school diploma. Alexander then attended Colby College from 2012 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. Following this, they attended The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. Finally, they attended Case Western Reserve University from 2018 to 2020, earning a Master of Business Administration and a Master's in Medical Physiology.
