Mais Kourie

Mais Kourie has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mais started their career as a Core Quality Network Engineer at Syriatel Mobile Telecom in 2014, where they worked until 2017. Mais then joined NARMX in 2019 as a web site manager and customer support representative, and they held this position until 2023. Currently, they are working at Cellusys as a Professional Managed Service Engineer, starting their role in January 2023.

Mais Kourie received a Bachelor's degree in communication and electronic engineering from Damascus University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Huawei Technologies. In 2014, they completed the Huawei packet switching training system. In 2014, they also received training in Huawei transmission programs (MW). In 2015, they obtained certifications in GSM/UMTS soft switch core network design and Huawei core network training programs (ATCA) hardware system. Mais also completed Huawei core network training programs, including MSS VoIP training in April 2015 and LTE EPS principle testing in March 2015. Most recently, in 2016, they completed Huawei application and software products training programs/ ASAU system operation and maintenance training, as well as Huawei packet switching training programs/ UPCC typical service application training.
