Stephen Vlok

Steve Vlok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Founder and CEO at Celo since 2016, Vlok has developed a secure messaging app for care teams. Prior to this, Vlok held a board member position at NZHIT from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as Engineering Manager at Frucor Beverages from December 2015 to September 2016. Additional roles include Process Engineer and Operations Manager at Verkerks, Process Engineer and Project Manager at Beca, and Process Engineer at GEA Process Engineering. Vlok began a career in engineering with an internship at Ravensdown. Vlok holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) with First Class Honours in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Otago.
