Dariush Afshar is the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Operations at Celona. Dariush previously worked at AttackIQ from June 2019 to May 2021, where they served as the Vice President of Platform and Business Development.

At AttackIQ, Dariush led all Business and Corporate Development initiatives, as well as the multi-tiered Partner Ecosystem called the "Preactive Security Exchange (PSE)". Dariush was also responsible for leading partner negotiations (including all legal aspects), all technical interoperability and integration specifications, and ensuring the success of each partner. Dariush successfully converted a number of partners into paying customers (ARR), who then renewed their contracts.

Dariush coordinated with all parts of the business to ensure that their partnerships (including OEMs, SIs, and MSPs) yielded increasing value for their customers, ecosystem partners, and the company. Dariush also led the design, market testing, GTM, and first sale of two newly introduced products. Additionally, they drove 7-figure worth of influence pipeline ARR via ecosystem partners, providing commercial lift to the business.

In their current role at Celona, Dariush is responsible for leading the company's business development initiatives and strategic operations. Dariush is working to grow Celona's partner ecosystem and increase its value for Celona's customers and partners.

Dariush Afshar has an MBA from The Wharton School, a MA from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, and a Fulbright Scholarship to France from HEC Paris. Dariush also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Georgetown University.
