Mohammad Abu Arab began their career in 1992 as the National Sales Manager for BD. In 2005, they became the Sales Manager for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. and in 2006 they were appointed Director Sales Division for Health Care Logistics. In 2009, they were appointed Director Sales Division for IDI IMPLANTS DIFFUSION INTERNATIONAL, and in 2010 they became Director Sales Division for CeloNova BioSciences, Inc. In 2013, they were appointed Director Sales Division for RF Medical Co., Ltd. and in 2015 they were appointed Director Sales Division for both ACIST Medical Systems and Elixir Medical Corporation. Finally, in 2017, they were appointed Director of Medical Supply for AlHaya Medical Company Ltd.

Mohammad Abu Arab began their educational journey in 1987, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from King Saud University. In 2004, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from Richmond, The American International University in London. Finally, in 2012, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Marketing from the American University of London.
