At InnoHub Mexico, Paul focuses on developing, investing, and growing technology startups to digitally transform businesses in Mexico and LATAM.

The journey continues as the tequila is aged in specially sourced barrels, handpicked from one of Napa Valley's most prestigious wineries, known for its premium vintages. The process is overseen by a fifth-generation 'maestro tequilero,' a master of tequila craftsmanship, who brings generations of expertise to the selection of the finest agave plants. With a discerning eye for quality and a passion for tradition, the maestro tequilero skillfully blends these elements to create a tequila that is not just a drink, but a celebration of culture and craftsmanship. The romantic pink hue is drawn from the red wine barrels used to age the top quality tequila ‘Joven’, and adds a delicacy that makes it equally drinkable as an aperitif, with dessert or in a cocktail. Celosa is a new and exciting addition to the tequila market, with a fresh, modern appeal that will draw the attention of a young and ambitious crowd. Through 10 generations and more than 200 years of making tequila, we have managed to innovate while maintaining the beauty of tequila making craftmanship.
