Cathrine Dehli

Head of Customer Success and Sustainability at Celsia

Cathrine Dehli has extensive experience in sustainability and customer success roles. Cathrine is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Sustainability at Celsia, where they have been since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associated Partner Strategic Sustainability Consulting at Ramboll Management Consulting starting in August 2021. Cathrine has also held positions such as Board Member at OECD National contact point Norway and Advisory Board Member at NF&TA since 2018. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the VP Sustainable Business at Cognite AS, where they supported the digital transformation of heavy-asset industries worldwide with a focus on sustainability. Before that, they were a Partner and Senior Advisor at Footstep AS, a management consulting company specializing in sustainable solutions and services. Cathrine'swork experience also includes positions such as Chair at Fairtrade Norge from 2014 to 2020 and various sustainability roles at Nordic Choice Hotels from 2010 to 2018. Cathrine started their career at IKEA Norge as a Social and Environmental Responsible from 2008 to 2010 and also had project work experience at the Norwegian Design Council in 2007. Throughout their career, Dehli has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability strategy development, supply chain management, circular economy, and sustainable policy implementation.

Cathrine Dehli attended Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1989 to 1994 where they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial economy and technology management.
