Jack Holmes

Jack Holmes is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as an Investor at Celsius Industries since November 2024, Jack focuses on accelerating sustainable technologies to industrial scale. Prior to this role, Jack held the position of Director of Project Finance at Carbo Culture from January 2022 to November 2024, where Jack advanced carbon removal and sustainable energy solutions. From March 2016 to December 2021, Jack was the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Winch Energy Ltd, contributing to the company's expansion in off-grid renewable energy. Jack founded JSJ Holdings in January 2013, advising on off-grid energy commercialization in Sub-Saharan Africa, and played a key role in securing $10 million in Series A funding for Winch Energy. Earlier in Jack's career, an Associate role at Gemini Renewable Energy involved developing a significant portfolio of Solar PV projects in Sicily. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCL and graduated from Radley College.
