Amir Ayalon is the current head of Corporate Development at Celsius. Prior to this, they were a Senior Advisor at Bride Valley Partners in London from August 2015 to June 2021. Amir has also been the CEO of Sphera Funds Management from April 2011 to April 2015, and a Board Member of BioHarvest (Fruitura Bioscience) Ltd from January 2011 to April 2015. Strauss Group Inc. from January 2008 to April 2011, and Vice President M&A at Amdocs from August 2005 to September 2007.


After completing their undergraduate studies in Accounting and Economics at Tel Aviv University, Amir Ayalon pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Upon graduating from Duke, Ayalon became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
