Olivia Sanders

Olivia Sanders has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Olivia started their career as a Researcher at the National Institutes of Health in 2013. Olivia then co-founded and co-owned Firgon Outfitters in 2014, where they played a key role in establishing and growing the company until 2017. Olivia joined freeCodeCamp in 2016 as part of the Core Team, contributing to the development and advancement of the platform until 2017.

In 2017, they became a Software Engineer at TRUSTAR TECHNOLOGY, where they worked until 2018. At TenX, they served as a Software Engineer from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Olivia co-founded Pairwise.tech, a company they continue to be involved in. Olivia also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Chorus One from 2019 to 2020.

Most recently, Olivia joined Celsius in 2021 as a Software Engineer, where they are currently employed. Their experience covers roles in engineering, co-founding, research, and team leadership.

Olivia Sanders attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2010 to 2014. Olivia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. In addition, Olivia received several certifications, including the AlgoExpert Certificate of Completion from AlgoExpert in June 2021, the Triplebyte certified Generalist Software Engineer certification from Triplebyte in April 2019, the Back End Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in November 2016, the Data Visualization Certification from freeCodeCamp in July 2016, and the Front End Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in May 2016.
