David Wohlstadter

David Wohlstadter currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Head of Litigation & Investigations at CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. since October 2022. Prior experience includes a senior associate role at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2015 to October 2022, where significant responsibilities included various areas of litigation. David's legal career also features a role as a law clerk for Hon. Eileen Bransten at the New York Supreme Court and experience with multiple internships, including judicial and property management roles. David holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
