EmmaRose Strohl is an attorney with a strong background in agriculture, food, and regulatory law. Currently, EmmaRose serves as the Senior Counsel and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at CELSIUS, where they focus on compliance and risk management in the food and agribusiness sectors. Previously, they worked as an attorney at Barley Snyder and served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley University. Raised on a small farm in Schuylkill County and now managing a hobby farm in Berks County, EmmaRose is committed to mentoring future professionals and supporting local agriculture through their legal work and volunteer efforts.
