Kaitlyn Jauregui

Kaitlyn Jauregui, Esq. currently serves as Junior Legal Counsel for CELSIUS Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities include advising on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, brand enforcement, and commercial contracts. Prior experience includes a legal internship assisting the General Counsel with drafting and optimizing agreements and researching regulatory law. As a Legal Research Assistant at the University of Miami School of Law, Kaitlyn contributed to business blogs and presentation preparation while staying informed on environmental and governance issues. Previous fellowships at the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute and Corteva Agriscience provided hands-on legal experience in social responsibility and policy research. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
