Marcelo Garcia

Marcelo Garcia is currently working as an Assistant Technical Manager at The Celtic Bakers Limited. Prior to this, Marcelo held positions such as Technical Assistance Specialist at Bearfields of London and Scientific Officer at Latis Scientific. With a background in Food Science and Technology, Marcelo has also worked as a Researcher at Universidade Federal de Santa Maria and held research fellowships at Cranfield University and Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Marcelo's expertise lies in implementing food safety measures, including GMP and HACCP in food processing facilities.
