Aaron Hammond

Aaron Hammond is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in head chef and hospitality management roles. Currently serving as Head Chef at Celtic Football Club since November 2022, Aaron previously held the position of Hospitality Manager at H&O Scotland from March 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes Head Chef at Home by Nico, where responsibilities included establishing training procedures and setting food standards, as well as a notable tenure as Head Chef at The Waterside Strathaven and Head Banqueting Chef at Crossbasket Castle. Aaron’s skills also encompass transforming an underperforming kitchen into a successful team environment while serving as Head Chef at Mitchell and Butler from March 2013 to November 2016. Education was completed at Larkhall Academy.
