Erin Sandilands

Erin Sandilands has a Bachelor of Arts in Events Management from the University of the West of Scotland. From August 2018 to October 2019, Erin worked as a bartender at G1 Group. Subsequently, Erin served as a Fundraising & Events Officer at St Andrew's Hospice (Lanarkshire) from January 2019 to February 2020. Erin then became a Lead Community Fundraiser and Fundraising Assistant at Kilbryde Hospice from February 2020 to June 2022. Currently, Erin holds the position of Assistant Catering Operations Manager at Celtic Football Club since June 2022, and has been working as an F&B Assistant at Hilton since November 2017.
