Michael Head

Michael Head has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently working as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T since July 2015, where responsibilities include assisting customers with cellular, television, security, and internet needs, as well as educating them on product usage. Additionally, Michael serves as a District Sales Manager at Celtic Insurance Company, managing operations across Indiana, Florida, Illinois, and Arkansas since August 2013. Michael's background includes a significant tenure at AT&T from February 1996 to January 2013 as a Sr. Force Manager Analyst, overseeing schedules and call management for a large inbound call center. Michael also provides event music as an Event Music Provider with DJ GetDown since January 2002.
