Heidi Katz

Heidi Katz joined Celtic Property Management in July 2013 as a Regional Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge acquired during her 25 years of experience in Property Management and Construction Accounting. Heidi began her career in property management in 1990 managing commercial high rise office buildings in downtown Hartford. She currently oversees a diverse residential portfolio of conventional, tax credit and HUD properties throughout Connecticut, and Colorado. Her primary focus is expense control and revenue growth. She works closely with her on-site teams to develop managerial skills, promote team building and to implement resident retention initiatives
