Emma Guilloux has a diverse work experience in customer success, campaign management, advertising operations, and account management. Emma most recently worked at Celtra, starting in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, and eventually Senior Director of Customer Success - Enterprise. Prior to Celtra, they worked at Scoota as a Campaign Manager from 2015 to 2017, at Jagex as an Advertising Operations Manager from 2013 to 2014, at BrotherMailer as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2013, and at M&C Saatchi GAD as an Events Manager Assistant from 2010 to 2011.
Emma Guilloux obtained a Master's degree in Advertising from London South Bank University and Sup de Pub in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising at ESP Ecole Supérieure de Publicité, Communication et Marketing from 2010-2011, and an Associate degree in Business Communication from ISCOM from 2008-2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to customer success management and social media training.
