Jessica Nero

Jessica Nero has extensive experience in technical support and program management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Technical Support at Celtra since March 2018. Previous roles include Program Manager for Sales Operations and Strategy at Oath, focusing on new product creation and operational workstreams, as well as Manager of Video Engineering at AOL, where responsibilities included RFP completion and campaign implementation across international markets. Jessica's career also includes positions as Implementation Manager and Online Media Developer, along with foundational work as a Freelance Web Developer at SeeVision. An alumnus of the University of Greenwich, Jessica holds a BSc Hons in Web Technology, Computing and Programming.
