Karina Abbaj has a diverse work experience in various roles, starting from 2011. Karina worked as a Sales Associate/Showroom Assistant at Anya Hindmarch and as a Freelance Marketing Coordinator at Brooklyn Dry Goods in 2011. In 2012, they interned as a Social Media Strategist at JWALK and was an Assistant Store Manager at Wet Seal, Inc. Karina then worked as a Marketing Assistant at On Target Fundraising and Events and as a Marketing Consultant at E.B Elliot's in 2013. In 2014, they joined Clickworks as a Digital Account Executive and Yext as a Client Training Specialist, Partnerships & SMB. Karina then progressed to become a Partner Manager and later a Product Enablement Manager, Sales Enablement at Yext. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Yext. Currently, they are working at Celtra as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager and has recently taken on the role of Global Sales Enablement Lead. Karina Abbaj also founded their own handmade jewelry company called Karina Tea from 2009 to 2012.
Karina Abbaj completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications, with a minor in English, at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012. Karina also obtained additional certifications including an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a Yext Certified Professional certification.
