Miha Rugelj

Miha Rugelj has a diverse work experience spanning from their role as VP of Engineering at Celtra, where they led and shaped the engineering organization's strategy and vision, to their role as Director of Engineering, where they initiated and oversaw the development of a non-cookie retargeting solution for catalog ads on external channels. Prior to their positions at Celtra, Miha worked as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at the same company, focusing on ad server development and infrastructure. Before joining Celtra, Miha co-founded and served as the Head of Engineering at Internet Institute Ltd., where they developed an automated solution for measuring quality parameters of networks. Additionally, they worked as a PhD researcher and assistant at Laboratory for Telecommunications and Laboratory for Multimedia, specializing in resource allocation algorithms for next-generation mobile and wireless networks.

Miha Rugelj has a PhD in Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. In addition, they have several certifications from Cisco, including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching, Cisco Networking Academy Instructor Trainer, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching, and Cisco Networking Academy Instructor.
