Alan A. Bucher, Jr., MBA, CMA has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Alan A. is currently working as the Head of Commercial Finance at Celularity Inc. Since joining in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director at Convatec from 2020 to 2021. Before that, Alan worked as the Regional Chief Financial Officer for North America at Getinge from 2019 to 2020. Alan A. also held various positions at Integra LifeSciences, including Vice President of Finance for Codman Specialty Surgical & Orthopedics and Tissue Technologies Divisions from 2018 to 2019, Vice President of Finance for Orthopedics and Tissue Technologies from 2016 to 2018, and Director of Finance for Specialty Surgical Solutions from 2013 to 2016. Alan's earlier work experience includes Finance Controller for Financial Planning & Analysis at Reckitt from 2010 to 2013 and Finance Manager roles at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2010.
