John Colerangle

John Colerangle is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Celularity. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director for Global Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi U. S. Inc. from May 2010 to September 2019. John has also worked as a Regulatory Toxicologist at the United States Food and Drug Administration from July 1999 to August 2007. In this role, they were responsible for providing scientific interpretation of all nonclinical PK/PD and safety data to ensure safety for human exposure and outlining potential risk(s). John also authored nonclinical sections of regulatory submissions including investigator brochure, IND, NDA, Annual Reports, and product labels.

John Colerangle received their Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and their DVM in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University. John is certified by the American Board of Toxicology, Inc. in DABT and by the American Board of Toxicology in Diplomate, American Board of Toxicology (DABT). John is also certified by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society in Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC).
