Lisa Tavares, CPTM, has extensive experience in training and quality management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Document Control and Training at Celularity, Inc. since March 2021, Lisa previously held positions including Associate Director of Learning and Communications at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Associate Director of Global Compliance Learning and Communication at Celgene. Prior experience includes leadership roles in global quality management systems at J&J and training management at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Roche, where Lisa was responsible for developing and implementing training programs and assessing learning needs across global Clinical R&D. Lisa holds a degree from Bridgewater State University.
