Alberto Alocén Arrondo currently serves as the Deputy Director of Manufacturing Engineering at CEFA · Celulosa Fabril, S.A., leading a team of over 10 engineers across three manufacturing sites, focusing on process design and implementation for new launches, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Alberto was a Senior Business Process Consultant at R&G Global Consultants Iberia, specializing in transformational projects aimed at achieving Business Process Excellence using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Alberto also held positions at Amazon as an EU Central Flow Process Control Specialist, at General Motors as a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer, and at Valeo as a Project Quality Engineer. Alberto's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Esade and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and Industrial Process Improvement from Universitat de Barcelona, alongside an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Zaragoza.
