Oleksandra Borovyk

Oleksandra Borovyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oleksandra is currently working at CELUS, a start-up in Munich, where they started as a Recruiter in January 2022. In May 2022, they were promoted to Junior HR Manager and now serves as an HR Manager. Oleksandra'sresponsibilities at CELUS involve creating an online software solution for development teams.

Prior to CELUS, Oleksandra worked at InitiativGruppe – Interkulturelle Begegnung und Bildung e.V. from September 2021 to January 2022. Oleksandra held the position of KOMPASS: Beruflicher Neustart mit telc-Prüfung Beruf.

In their earlier years, Oleksandra worked as a Psychologist at the Women consult center of Pechersk district MNP Enterprise "Consultative-diagnostic center" from August 2010 to December 2015. During their time there, they established the psychological service and developed the highly visited "School for future parents". Oleksandra'smain responsibilities included psychological consulting and support for pregnant and nonpregnant women. Oleksandra was the first psychologist in Kyiv, Ukraine to work at the Women consult center, and they were responsible for inventing, approving, and implementing various processes.

Oleksandra Borovyk has a strong educational background in psychology. Oleksandra obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree for one year in the same field at the same university, which they completed in 2010. Oleksandra then continued their studies at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Developmental Psychology in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Oleksandra has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Oleksandra completed the "Strategic Human Resources" certification from LinkedIn Learn in May 2023. Prior to that, they acquired the "Recruiter Training - Hire Top Employees in under 30 days" certification from Udemy in September 2022. In December 2021, they obtained the "Talent Sourcing" certification from LinkedIn. Lastly, in August 2022, they earned the "Professional Recruiter Certification" from AIRS powered by ADP.
