Pedro Domingues is an experienced IT and OT Systems Engineer and Project Manager specializing in cybersecurity, currently serving at Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM) since September 2009, where responsibilities include managing over 100 operational technology system servers and leading multiple projects.
