Stephanie Novak Hau

Stephanie Novak Hau has been in the professional world since 1993, when they became President/CEO of Chesapeake Environmental Management, Inc. In 2019, they joined the Board of Directors of Harford Bank, and in 2020 they became the Founder of America's Commerce Corps (ACC).

Stephanie Novak Hau has a diverse educational background. Stephanie Novak began their studies in 1980 at Allegheny College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geology/Earth Science, General in 1984. Stephanie Novak then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences at Kent State University, which they completed in 1986. Finally, they attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained an ABD in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Science in 1990.
