Antoine Charpentier

Antoine Charpentier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, governance, and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Governance & Sales Operations, Head of Performance Management, and Head of Business Analysis & Process Engineering at Cembra since March 2020, Antoine previously held multiple roles at Aduno Gruppe, including Deputy Head Operations and Head of Quality Management. Prior experience includes a position as Ground Services Quality & Safety Manager at Swiss International Air Lines and a tenure as Lecturer in Numerical Analysis and Computer Aided Design at ETH Zürich. Antoine's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management, Technology & Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, as well as additional certifications in Transformational Leadership and participation in the Chief Operating Officer Programme at INSEAD.
